NPQ Apprenticeship

The Leader Apprenticeships with NPQs are a dual award which have embedded the DfE's NPQLTD, NPQLT, NPQLBC, NPQ for SENCOs, NPQSL or NPQH into the Level 4 Project Manager Apprenticeship or Level 5 Learning and Development Apprenticeship. This combination means learners concurrently earn two highly prestigious qualifications.

Learners gain specialised expertise in school leadership from the NPQ. Simultaneously, the apprenticeship provides invaluable cross-sector insights and dedicated support, with practice-based learning ensuring new skills are applied directly within their school.
