Gemma strategically leads all of our professional learning programmes and has developed the processes and systems to ensure our data and tracking systems are robust. She has led on developing a new CRM system to ensure our ever-expanding register of over 600 participants captures detailed information on registrations, delivery, attendance, feedback and quality assurance information. She also leads on marketing and is key to initiating new partnerships and building excellent relationships in supporting our lead delivery schools and facilitators.
Gemma has 7 years of experience working in governance, completing the NCTL Clerks’ Development Programme in November 2015. Due to her background in governance, Gemma is enthused to be involved in the delivery of our Governor leadership training and is a key point of expertise.
Gemma oversees the processes in place to ensure that participants have a smooth journey through their programmes and coordinates the chronology of the hundreds of delivery sessions taking place. Gemma is an advocate of clear and concise communication to participants and the facilitation team – ensuring the website is up to date and that we use every opportunity to spread the word of the work of the Alliance.
