Whole Board Training

ALL have designed two programmes aimed at whole boards.  These programmes promise to deliver facilitated training looking at self evaluating and building your boards strengths and improving governance for your whole board.

Whole Board Training – Self Evaluating and building your Boards strengths

Cost – £1500 per Board / Trust Board (maximum of 15 Delegates)

Who is it for?

This programme is designed for Boards / Trust Boards, facilitating a full Self Evaluation and building a robust action plan that will have measurable impact on the performance of your school / trust enabling the raising of the standards of governance.

What you get:

2 sessions 90 minutes in length with a National Leader of Governance

Session 1 – Self Evaluation – where are we now?

Session 2 – Action Plan – how we are going to get to where we want to be

 

Whole Board Training – Improving governance whole Board / Trust

Cost – £1500 per Board / Trust (maximum of 15 delegates)

Who is it for?

This programme is designed to provide Boards / Trust boards firstly with the tools to identify areas for development.  Once these areas are identified we will deliver two facilitated sessions which will cover the areas for development and if not coverable in those two session we will provide an action plan to support your Board to be its most effective ensuring support for the school / trust to drive improvement.

What you get:

2 sessions 90 mins in length with a National Leader of Governance

Session 1 – Tools to Ensure Effective governance

Session 2 – Getting it right – tools to help drive improvement
