MIND has produced a list of local support groups
Shropshire Mind is a local mental health charity who provide a wide range of quality services across the county for people and their families who are affected by mental and emotional distress.
The Samaritans contact page lists the different types of support that they can offer.

Self help – this informative website has many suggestions to help you cope with anxiety.
Cruse offers support, advice and information to children, young people and adults when someone dies
Marie Curie has a range of services to support people affected by the death of a loved one whether the bereavement is expected, has happened recently or was some time ago. You can also speak to them before a loved one has died.

Soraya Bellis. “I am an accredited MBACP Counsellor and Supervisor with 21 years’ experience. I work with staff and pupils across several schools in Shropshire, including primary and private schools. I have a private practice where I work with young people and adults, using the person-centered approach, TA and solution focused therapy. I offer both long and short term therapy. I supervise counsellors and teaching and pastoral staff. As a Bangor University Mindfulness Teacher, I also offer mindfulness as part of therapy and teach it on the Resilience for Health module at Glyndwr University. I am currently offering online and telephone during this period of lockdown.”
