Kate currently leads a team developing the application of the Chimp Paradox in schools and other educational organisations. Kate has a background in sport, working as a PE and Geography teacher before she undertook her PhD in Athlete Burnout at Loughborough University in 2007. She is a Chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist and has worked for Team GB at six Olympic Games, the most recent of which was with the medal winning Dressage team in Rio.

Kate is a published researcher and has presented to audiences internationally as both an academic and applied practitioner. She has extensive expertise in the development of psychological skills training for both personal and professional success, and is fascinated by the role of the brain and mind in facilitating and inhibiting change.
